Getting a physical corporate receipt for your repair

If you are claiming a device repair under corporate expenses or need a BIR-compliant official receipt for tax write-offs, Repairmax provides physical receipts upon request.

1. Requesting During Booking

When booking online or checking in your device at our service desk, inform the representative that you require a Corporate Official Receipt. Provide your company’s registered name, TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number), and official billing address.

2. Invoiced Items

The receipt itemizes parts and labor separately, reflecting the 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by Philippine tax regulations. This detail is crucial for company audit and expense approvals.

3. Digital Invoices

An electronic copy of your receipt is sent to your registered email immediately upon payment clearance, which can be printed and submitted directly to your finance department.
